If you guess it was the Scfi Network that Premiere on this date in 1992 you was right it did but before it did it start air them creepy SciFi Channel Pre launch Test Pattern   look below this aired a lot before they  Premiere

I remember watching them for hours and was try to figure out what the messages mean it went on for days and we got more messages then countdown started so I was worder what the countdown lead too well on Sept 24, 1992 I found out it was the SCFI network which was cool too me because I was a SCFI fan when they started it started off good first movie they show was Stars Wars movie good way to start it  for years it aired good tv shows and movies unit around the 2000's came then it started to be crap not too long after that they changed there name started playing wrestling on there network and still do like wrestling but still don't think it should air on this network there name is now Syfy which I Don't like for a name only 2 shows I watch on there is smackdown and Haven which I am started to like but that it as the movies and other shows well they are not good most of the movies are crappy B movies which are dumb. lots of fans have already left and I don't blame them if I had a message for  SYFY that is stop playing crap and go back to what you used it be but sadly doubt it will happen will be will be posting SCFI network Tribute blogs with what I can find on YouTube from the past and give you small comments on what I think about the videos Rest in Peace to a once Great Network even though it Syfy now its still wasn't great as when it started.
